Miriam & Matt's Ethical Wedding, Eastbourne Town Hall and Peelings Manor Barns

Weddings are a celebration of love. A love unique to two people. And a wedding that gives you insight in to the love and shared dreams and passions are often the best, and for Miriam and Matt, doing something ethical and conscientious was very important.

Here are some of the highlights from the day.....

Guests (and photographers!) dined on delicious, locally-sourced vegetarian food by Cashew Catering in Lewes. They drank Fairtrade wine, and freshly pressed apple juice from a local farm.

Cushions and bunting decorated the barns and were made by the bride and her mother from fabric belonging to her grandmother and found at car boot sales. Bright blooms were handpicked by the bride and bridesmaids from Highgate Florist in Rotherfield

The groom gave the most eloquent and breath-taking speech, that had many a man despairing at him afterwards as their other halves had no doubt voiced their approval of the beautiful words and the conviction with which they were delivered.
